High School / College Prep Semi Private Training (Month of June) Covid Restrictive
With High School summer camps not being available and it being difficult for high school players entering college soccer to get good training I thought I would offer some opportunities. These Semi-Private sessions are being offered to players 13 to 19 years old. Wether you are preparing for a High School season or a college one we CAN make you better! Coach DiTomasso is the trainer, however you could also have another college coach such as CJ Bachmann or Austin Young. Depends on times and amount of demand. (If you only want Coach DiTomasso we will make that happen)
What: Small groups of between 2-8 (You can have between 2 players and 8 players train on Half of a regulation field providing enough space to achieve maximum performance.
When: These sessions will currently be offered in the month of June with the possibility of continuing in July. All sessions will be 1 hour long and days and times of each session will be determined by communication with Coach DiTomasso. However, there are pretty distinct times for these sessions: Mondays-Wednesdays: 7:45am to 8:45am or 6pm to 7pm or 7pm to 8pm Tuesdays-Thursdays: 7:45am to 8:45am or 3:45pm to 4:45pm or 5:30pm to 6:30pm or 6:30pm to 7:30pm Fridays: 3:45pm to 4:45pm or 4:45pm to 5:45pm
Where: Morning Sessions and Friday Sessions at Elmhurst University Most other Sessions are at West Hills Community Church/Puma Soccer Training Center 213 E 55th St Westmont, IL 60559 ** This is located only 3/4 of a mile off route 83 in Westmont. Easy access and perfect grass fields.
Cost / Minimum # of Sessions: There is a 4 session Minimum to participate and all sessions will be completed in June.
How Do we Register: Upon organizing and mobilizing your partner or small group email coach DiTomasso at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. He will promptly contact you with available options and discuss possible outcomes and or things you would like to work on.
Payment: We will accept Cash, checks, PayPal or Venmo for the sessions.
The Structure is as follows: We will follow all social distancing requirements and there will be no game play. Tactical and Technical topics along with high level fitness training will be a part of the sessions. No more than 20 min a session will be spent on fitness. I will cater to what the group of players is looking for. Sessions will be serious and fast paced with little down time. All players will be required to bring a mask but not wear it during play, and also have a large water bottle.
